Configuring User Settings
Using this procedure, you will configure your own user settings, including your preferred language, password, and email notifications. You will not configure the settings for any other user.

Select User Settings and then select My Settings.
Select Access Menu, select your username to expand the user menu, and then select My Settings.

Modify the contents under the following tabs:

Basic Information Tab
Under the Basic Information tab, you can change your preferred language and you may be able to change your password.

To change your password, do the following:

Select Change Password.
If Change Password is disabled, you will only be able to change your password through the Enact login page.
- In the Old Password data field, type your old password.
- In the New Password data field, type your new password.

In the Confirm New Password data field, retype your new password.
Prior to typing your new password, examine the Password Rules. The image above is an example, and the password rules in your organization may be different.
Please note that Enact does not allow you to use a period (.) as a special character.

In the Preferred Language drop-down list, select the desired language, which also sets the appropriate time representation (12 hour AM/PM or 24 hour).
If you select Default, Enact automatically uses your browser's language and region setting.
Enact currently supports the following languages:

Notifications Tab
Under the Notifications tab, you can configure whether you receive email notifications for processes within your responsibility (set under My Processes), as defined in the Notification Rules. For more information, please see Creating Notification Rules.
This setting only applies to emails sent as a result of Notification Rules. Regardless of this setting, Enact will always send emails for passwords and authentication to the appropriate users.
- To enable email notifications, activate the Email notifications slider.
- To disable email notifications, deactivate the Email notifications slider.

- Select Save, or select Save & Close to save and close the page.
