Managing Work Dashboards

Assigned to individual users by the system administrator, the layout and content of the work dashboard is fixed and unchangeable, and automatically contains the four tiles that every user would need to see: the Notifications tile, the Data Collection tile, the Process Information tile and a special Finished Item tile that displays data collected by the current user. The work dashboard can be linked from and to the raw and aggregate dashboard and linked to other dashboards or URLs.

  1. Select Access Menu and then select Dashboard.

    The active dashboard is the last dashboard you used. If your administrator has not assigned a work dashboard to you and you have not interacted with any other dashboard, Enact displays the No Dashboard currently associated to display message, which also contains Select Dashboard and Create New Dashboard.

  2. In the dashboard, select Select Dashboard, and then select Work Dashboard.
