Data Collections (Packaging)

  1. In the Packaging operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Tare Weight.
    3. In the Tare Weight data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Packaging Features - 4 - Packaging (6), and select Tare Weight / Crisps-Packaged.
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Tare Weight Attributes section and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More and then select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to TareWeight.png and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  2. In the Packaging operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Bag Quality Checks.
    3. In the Bag Quality Checks data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Packaging Features - 4 - Packaging (6), and select the following data collections:

        • Label Check / Bags
        • Tear Strength / Bags
        • Nitrogen Pressure / Crisps-Packaged
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Bag Quality Checks Attributes section and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More and then select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to BagQualityChecks.png and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  3. In the Bag Quality Checks data collection, select More, select Configure Parameters and then do the following:

    1. For each feature, select and drag Reorder to the following order:

      • Nitrogen Pressure
      • Tear Strength
      • Label Check
    2. Under Sample Size for the Label Check feature, select 3 and then type 1.
    3. Select Save.
    4. Under Individual Settings for the Label Check feature, select Default.
    5. Under Feature Type : Defective with a Code Group, select the Code List radio button and then select the Code Only radio button.
    6. Select Apply and then select Settings.
    7. Under the Sequence Rule tab, do the following:

      1. Select Sequence between Crisps-Packaged - Nitrogen Pressure and Bags - Tear Strength.
      2. Select Sequence between Bags - Tear Strength and Bags - Label Check.
    8. Select Apply and then select Save & Close.
  4. In the Packaging operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Net Weight.
    3. In the Net Weight data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Packaging Features - 4 - Packaging (6), and select Gross Weight / Crisps-Packaged.
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Net Weight Attributes section and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More and then select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to NetWeight.png and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  5. In the Net Weight data collection, select More, select Configure Parameters, and under Sample Size for the Gross Weight feature, select 3 and then type 5.
  6. Select Save & Close.
