Data Collections (Frying)

  1. In the Frying operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Frying Checks.
    3. In the Frying Checks data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Frying Features - 2 - Frying (3) and select the following data collections:

        • Colour / Crisps-Cooked
        • Reject Weight / Crisps-Cooked
        • TPM / Oil
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Frying Checks Attributes section and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More and then select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to FryingChecks.png and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  2. In the Frying Checks data collection, select More, select Configure Parameters and then do the following:

    1. Under Sample Size for the Reject Weight feature, select 3 and then type 1.
    2. Under Sample Size for the TPM feature, select 3 and then type 1.
    3. Select Save and then select Settings.
    4. Under the Sequence Rule tab, select Sequence between Crisps-Cooked - Colour and Crisps-Cooked - Reject Weight.
  3. Select Apply and then select Save & Close.
