Collecting Data (Frying)

  1. Select Access Menu and then select Dashboard.
  2. (If necessary) In the dashboard, select Select Dashboard and then select Work Dashboard.
  3. To add Frying Checks data, select Frying Checks and then do the following:

    1. In the Colour data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 57.591
      • 55.174
      • 55.893
    2. In the Reject Weight data field, type 34.996 and then press ENTER.
    3. In the TPM data field, type 9.321 and then press ENTER.
    4. Select Save.
