Selecting My Processes

In order to use the tiles in any dashboard, you must automatically or manually select the processes for which you are responsible. For example, if your manager assigns Mould - RC9M-001 as your process, you must open the My Processes dialog box and select Mould - RC9M-001. If your manager later assigns Mould - RS9M-001 as your process, you must open the My Processes dialog box and select Mould - RS9M-001 . Enact only displays data for the processes that you select.

  1. Select User Settings and then select My Processes.

Select Access Menu, select your username to expand the user menu and then select My Processes.

  2. In the My Processes dialog box, select one of the following:

    • All visible processes. All processes belonging to your access level will automatically be included in your responsibilities. If a new process is added to your access level, you will automatically be able to see and select it.

    • Custom. You can manually select the processes you will be using. When you select or deselect a process, Enact automatically selects or deselects the child processes underneath that process.

By default, Enact hides subprocesses underneath parent processes. To select individual subprocesses, select + (plus) to expand the subprocess list.

In the tiles on all dashboards, Enact only displays the contents for the processes you select. If you do not select any processes, Enact will not show any details in the dashboard tiles.

  3. Select Save.
