Logging In

Using this procedure, you will log into Enact with your company identifier, username, and password, though Enact may remember some of this information.

If you want configure Enact to allow logging in and authentication through your Azure AD or Okta Single Sign-On (SSO), please contact InfinityQS Technical Support online to enable this functionality. With Single Sign-On (SSO), you will sign in and authenticate using your Azure Active Directory or Okta, allowing you to maintain a single location for user IDs and passwords across your enterprise.

  1. On your device, open your web browser.

  2. In your web browser, type the Enact web address.

    If Enact prompts you for the Company ID, type the Enact company identifier and then select Proceed.

  3. In the username list, select your Username, type your Password, and then select Go.

    • There is no username list. Type your Username, type your Password, and then select Login.

    • My username is not on the username list. Select Use other account, type your Username, type your Password, and then select Login.

    If you forget your password and you need Enact to send a password update link to the email address on file for the username, do the following:

    1. In the log in page, select Forgot Password?.
    2. In the Forgot Password dialog box, type your Username, Company ID, and the test text.
    3. Select Send Link.
