Mail Service Model
Typically, the Mail Service runs on a single host server, with the client applications (for example, SPC MI) storing their generated e-mail messages and attachments inside a shared directory. The Mail Service processes these messages inside the shared directory, passing them to the SMTP server for delivery.
Mail Box Interface
Using the Mail Box, you can view sent and failed e-mail files, as well as resend or delete e-mail files.
