Filtering Display (Processes)
Using this procedure, you will control the processes that Enact displays on the Processes landing page.
- Select Filters.

In the Filters section, you can do the following:

Applying Filters
Select one or more of the following filters and then select Search.
If you do not see a filter in the Filters section, select Configure Filters and then select the desired filter. For more information, please see Configuring Filters.

Process Name. Select the desired process.
- Parent Process. Select the desired parent process.

Operation. Select the desired operation.
- Time Zone. Select the desired time time zone.

Tag Group/Tags. Select the desired tag group, and then select the desired tags. To add additional tag groups and tags, select More.

Data Collection. Select the desired data collection.

Process Model Name. Select the desired process model.

Show Removed Records. To display removed records, activate the Show Removed Records slider, allowing you to restore deleted records.

Language Label. Set filter to include (is) or exclude (is not) selected language (for example, German - Germany).

Last Updated by. Select the desired user.

Updated Date. In the Updated Date data field, select Calendar and select the desired date, and then select Time and select the desired time.

Configuring Filters
Control the available filters that can be applied to the Processes landing page.
- In the Filters section, select Configure Filters.

In the filter configuration dialog box, select or deselect the desired filter.
To restore the filter selections to the default settings, select Restore Defaults.
- Select Done.

- To collapse the Filters section, select Filters.
