Filtering Display (Process Models)

Using this procedure, you will control the process models that Enact displays on the Process Models landing page.

1. Select Filters .

2. In the Filters section, you can do the following:

   • Applying Filters

     Select one or more of the following filters and then select Search .

     If you do not see a filter in the Filters section, select Configure Filters and then select the desired filter. For more information, please see Configuring Filters.

     • Process Model Name. Select the desired process model. HintTo locate the desired process model, begin typing a string within the process model. For example, to locate Model Name, you can type mod or you can type nam.

     • Operation. Select the desired operation. HintTo locate the desired operation, begin typing a string within the operation. For example, to locate Operation Name, you can type ope or you can type nam.

     • Features. Select the desired feature. HintTo locate the desired feature, begin typing a string within the feature. For example, to locate Feature Name, you can type fea or you can type nam.

     • Data Collection. Select the desired data collection. HintTo locate the desired data collection, begin typing a string within the data collection. For example, to locate Collection Name, you can type col or you can type nam.

     • Part Name. Select the desired part. HintTo locate the desired part, begin typing a string within the part. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.

     • Process Name. Select the desired process. HintTo locate the desired process, begin typing a string within the process. For example, to locate Process Name, you can type pro or you can type nam.

     • Tag Group/Tags. Select the desired tag group, and then select the desired tags. To add additional tag groups and tags, select More .

     • Part Recipe. Select the desired part recipe. HintTo locate the desired part recipe, begin typing a string within the part recipe. For example, to locate Recipe Name, you can type rec or you can type cal.

     • Any Part Family. Select the desired input or output part family. HintTo locate the desired input or output part family, begin typing a string within the input or output part family. For example, to locate Family Name, you can type fam or you can type nam.

     • Input Part Family. Select the desired input part family. HintTo locate the desired input part family, begin typing a string within the input part family. For example, to locate Family Name, you can type fam or you can type nam.

     • Output Part Family. Select the desired output part family. HintTo locate the desired output part family, begin typing a string within the output part family. For example, to locate Family Name, you can type fam or you can type nam.

     • Language Label. Set filter to include (is) or exclude (is not) selected language (for example, German - Germany).

     • Last Updated by. Select the desired user. HintTo locate the desired user, begin typing a string within the user. For example, to locate User Name, you can type use or you can type nam.

     • Updated Date. In the Updated Date data field, select Calendar and select the desired date, and then select Time and select the desired time.

   • Configuring Filters

     Control the available filters that can be applied to the Process Models landing page.

     1. In the Filters section, select Configure Filters .

     2. In the filter configuration dialog box, select or deselect the desired filter. HintTo locate the desired filter, begin typing a string within the filter. For example, to locate Filter Name, you can type fil or you can type nam.

        To restore the filter selections to the default settings, select Restore Defaults.

     3. Select Done.
   • Clearing Filters

     Clear all filters currently applied to the Process Models landing page.

     1. In the Filters section, select Clear .

        Enact will only enable Clear after you have applied one or more filters.

     2. Enact removes all applied filters, resetting all filter selections.
3. To collapse the Filters section, select Filters .
