Collecting Data (Packaging)

1. Select Access Menu and then select Dashboard.
2. (If necessary) In the dashboard, select Select Dashboard , and then select Work Dashboard .

3. To add Packaging Pre-Op Checks checklist data, select Packaging Pre-Op Checks, and then do the following:

   1. In the Packaging Pre-Op Checks checklist, select the following:

      • Q1: Acceptable
      • Q2: Acceptable
      • Q3: Acceptable
      • Q4: Acceptable
      • Q5: All Areas Acceptable
   2. Select Save.

4. To add Tare Weight data, select Tare Weight, and then do the following:

   1. In the part selection dialog box, select Chips - BBQ - 300g.

   2. In the Tare Weight data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 3.953
      • 3.864
      • 3.982
   3. Select Save.

5. To add Bag Quality Checks data, select Bag Quality Checks, and then do the following:

   1. In the part selection dialog box, select Chips - BBQ - 300g.

   2. In the Nitrogen Pressure data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 125.667
      • 112.703
      • 125.642

   3. In the Tear Strength data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 103.286
      • 93.992
      • 98.086
   4. In the Label Check data field, select Pass and press ENTER.
   5. Select Save.

6. To add Net Weight data, select Net Weight, and then do the following:

   1. In the part selection dialog box, select Chips - BBQ - 300g.

   2. In the Net Weight data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 318.132
      • 314.953
      • 288.256
      • 302.882
      • 296.429
   3. Select Save.
