Filtering Display (Data Collection Configurations)

Using this procedure, you will control the data collection configurations that Enact displays on the Data Collection Configurations landing page.

1. Select Filters .

2. In the Filters section, you can do the following:

   • Applying Filters

     Select one or more of the following filters and then select Search .

     If you do not see a filter in the Filters section, select Configure Filters and then select the desired filter. For more information, please see Configuring Filters.

     • Data Collection. Select the desired data collection. HintTo locate the desired data collection, begin typing a string within the data collection. For example, to locate Collection Name, you can type col or you can type nam.

     • Process Model. Select the desired process model. HintTo locate the desired process model, begin typing a string within the process model. For example, to locate Model Name, you can type mod or you can type nam.

     • Requirements. Select the desired requirements. HintTo locate the desired requirements, begin typing a string within the requirements. For example, to locate Requirement Name, you can type req or you can type nam.

     • Last Updated by. Select the desired user. HintTo locate the desired user, begin typing a string within the user. For example, to locate User Name, you can type use or you can type nam.

     • Updated Date. In the Updated Date data field, select Calendar and select the desired date, and then select Time and select the desired time.

   • Configuring Filters

     Control the available filters that can be applied to the Data Collection Configurations landing page.

     1. In the Filters section, select Configure Filters .

     2. In the filter configuration dialog box, select or deselect the desired filter. HintTo locate the desired filter, begin typing a string within the filter. For example, to locate Filter Name, you can type fil or you can type nam.

        To restore the filter selections to the default settings, select Restore Defaults.

     3. Select Done.
   • Clearing Filters

     Clear all filters currently applied to the Data Collection Configurations landing page.

     1. In the Filters section, select Clear .

        Enact will only enable Clear after you have applied one or more filters.

     2. Enact removes all applied filters, resetting all filter selections.
3. To collapse the Filters section, select Filters .
