Specification Limits (Seasoning)

  1. Select Access Menu and then select Analysis | Manufacturing Limits.
  2. To add specification limits for Crisps - BBQ | Colour, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartCrisps - BBQ

    • FeatureColour

    • Upper (USL): 50
    • Lower (LSL): 40
    • Target: 45

    Select Save.

  3. To add specification limits for Seasoning - BBQ | Application Rate, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartSeasoning - BBQ

    • FeatureApplication Rate

    • Upper (USL): 1.85
    • Lower (LSL): 1.65
    • Target: 1.75

    Select Save.

  4. To add specification limits for Crisps - Sea Salt | Colour, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartCrisps - Sea Salt

    • FeatureColour

    • Upper (USL): 60
    • Lower (LSL): 50
    • Target: 55

    Select Save.

  5. To add specification limits for Seasoning - SS | Application Rate, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartSeasoning - SS

    • FeatureApplication Rate

    • Upper (USL): 1.85
    • Lower (LSL): 1.65
    • Target: 1.75

    Select Save.
