Process Models (Packaging)

  1. Select Access Menu and then select Data Collection | Process Models.
  2. In the Process Models landing page, select Create Process Model.
  3. Select the process model name (Output 1) in the upper left hand corner and then type 4 - Packaging.
  4. In the process model, do the following:

    1. Select Operation 1 and then type Packaging.
    2. Select Output 1 and then type Crisps-Packaged.
  5. In the Crisps-Packaged output part family, select More, select Part Family Details and then do the following:

    1. Select Part and then select Crisps - BBQ - 300g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
    2. Select Add & Assign Another.
    3. Select Crisps - BBQ - 50g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
    4. Select Add & Assign Another.
    5. Select Crisps - SS - 300g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
    6. Select Add & Assign Another.
    7. Select Crisps - SS - 50g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
    8. Select Add and then select Apply.
  6. In the Packaging operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Input.
    2. Select Input 1 and then type Bags.
    3. In the Bags input part family, select More, select Part Family Details and then do the following:

      1. Select Part and then select Bag - BBQ - 300g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
      2. Select Add & Assign Another.
      3. Select Bag - BBQ - 50g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
      4. Select Add & Assign Another.
      5. Select Bag - SS - 300g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
      6. Select Add & Assign Another.
      7. Select Bag - SS - 50g. HintClosedTo locate the desired access level, begin typing a string within the access level. For example, to locate Part Name, you can type par or you can type nam.
      8. Select Add and then select Apply.
  7. In the Packaging operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Input.
    2. Select Save.
    3. In the Input 1 input part family, select More, select Link to and then select Crisps-Seasoned.
  8. Select Save.
