Specification Limits (Frying)

  1. Select Access Menu and then select Analysis | Manufacturing Limits.
  2. To add specification limits for Crisps - Cooked | Colour, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartCrisps - Cooked

    • FeatureColour

    • Upper (USL): 60
    • Lower (LSL): 50
    • Target: 55

    Select Save.

  3. To add specification limits for Crisps - Cooked | Reject Weight, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartCrisps - Cooked

    • FeatureReject Weight

    • Upper (USL): 40
    • Lower (LSL): 10
    • Target: 25

    Select Save.

  4. To add specification limits for Oil | TPM, select Create Manufacturing Limit and then do the following:

    • PartOil

    • FeatureTPM

    • Upper (USL): 24
    • Lower (LSL): 4
    • Target: 14

    Select Save.
