Searching Dashboards (All)

Using this procedure, you will locate and manage the desired dashboard from all dashboards.

Currently, you cannot restrict visibility to any dashboards, and the Shared With column will always display Public. Users will be able to access, open and interact with all of the dashboards in Enact.

1. In the toolbar, select Select Dashboard .

   

2. In the select dashboard dialog box, select View All.

   

3. In the Select Dashboard (All) page, you can do the following:

   • Filtering Dashboards

     1. Select Filters .

     2. In the Filters section, you can do the following:

        • Applying Filters

          Select one or more of the following filters and then select Search .

          • Dashboard Name. Select the desired dashboard. HintTo locate the desired dashboard, begin typing a string within the dashboard. For example, to locate Dashboard Name, you can type das or you can type cal.
          • Dashboard Type. Select the desired dashboard type.

          • Created by. Select the desired user. HintTo locate the desired user, begin typing a string within the user. For example, to locate User Name, you can type use or you can type nam.

          • Last Updated by. Select the desired user. HintTo locate the desired user, begin typing a string within the user. For example, to locate User Name, you can type use or you can type nam.

          • Updated Date. In the Updated Date data field, select Calendar and select the desired date, and then select Time and select the desired time.

        • Clearing Filters

          Clear all filters currently applied to the Select Dashboard (All) landing page.

          1. In the Filters section, select Clear .

             Enact will only enable Clear after you have applied one or more filters.

          2. Enact removes all applied filters, resetting all filter selections.
     3. To collapse the Filters section, select Filters .
   • Selecting Dashboards. In the Select Dashboard (All) page, select Select Dashboard for the desired dashboard.

   • Favouriting Dashboards. In the Select Dashboard (All) page, select Set Favourite , which displays the dashboard in the select dashboard dialog box.

     

     To unfavourite a dashboard, select Remove Favourite .

   • Removing Dashboards. In the Select Dashboard (All) page, select More and then select Remove . In the Remove Dashboard dialog box, select OK.
