Setting Process States
Using this procedure, you will set a new process state or change an existing process state.
- Select Access Menu and then select Process | Process States.

                                                                    In the Process States landing page, you can do the following: - 
                                                                             Setting New Process States Setting New Process StatesYou can assign process state with specified date and time for a process. - 
                                                                                            In the Process States landing page, select Set Process State.

                                                                                            In the Set State dialog box, set the process state of a process and the date and time of the process state activation. To set the process state of a process, do the following:

                                                                             Changing Existing Process States Changing Existing Process StatesYou can change the currently assigned process state for a process. To view previously assigned process states for a process and view which user has changed the process state, view the History section in the Set State dialog box for the process. - 
                                                                                            In the Process States landing page, select Set State.

                                                                                            In the Set State dialog box, set the process state of a process and the date and time of the process state activation. To set the process state of a process, do the following:
