Data Collections (Slicing)

  1. In the Slicing operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Slicing Checks.
    3. In the Slicing Checks data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Slicing Features - 1 - Slicing (2), and select Slice Thickness / Chips-Uncooked.
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Slicing Checks Attributes section, and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More, select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to SlicingChecks.png, and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  2. In the Slicing operation, do the following:

    1. Select More and then select Data Collection.
    2. Select DC 1 and then type Slice Inspection.
    3. In the Slice Inspection data collection, do the following:

      1. Select More and then select Data Collection Details.
      2. Select Part Family-Feature-Operation, expand Slicing Features - 1 - Slicing (2), and select Slice Inspection / Chips-Uncooked.
    4. Select Apply.
    5. Select the Slice Inspection Attributes section, and then do the following:

      1. In the Image section, select More, select Upload Image.
      2. Browse to SliceInspection.png, and then select Open.
    6. Select Apply and then select Save.
  3. In the Slice Inspection data collection, do the following:

    1. Select More, select Configure Parameters, and then do the following:

      1. Under Sample Size for the Slice Inspection feature, select 3 and then type 10.
      2. Select Save.
      3. Under Individual Settings for the Slice Inspection feature, select Default.
      4. Under Feature Type : Defect with a Code Group, select the Code Grid: Increment radio button.
    2. Select Apply and then select Save & Close.
