Collecting Data (Frying)

1. Select Access Menu and then select Dashboard.
2. (If necessary) In the dashboard, select Select Dashboard , and then select Work Dashboard .

3. To add Frying Checks data, select Frying Checks, and then do the following:

   1. In the Color data field, type the following, pressing ENTER after each value:

      • 57.591
      • 55.174
      • 55.893
   2. In the Reject Weight data field, type 34.996, and then press ENTER.
   3. In the TPM data field, type 9.321, and then press ENTER.
   4. Select Save.
